Amazon India providing best reply to satisfy its customer and reply will make you laugh

Hello friends , we all know that today's world is filled with full of competition and the main focus of every competitor in the market is to satisfy customer.

Amazon is not different from that.

A customer want a product but cannot find it on website so she contacted Amazon and checkout how Amazon reply to her demand.

Twitter user has gone and asked Amazon India that what is the use of such a huge website if she couldn’t find something she has been searching for a long time. What it was, you might think? Well, Amazon India, in order to achieve utmost customer satisfaction, replied to her tweet and said that they are trying their best to understand the needs of their customers and expand their listings, simultaneously, but for the time being, they asked the Twitter user as to what exactly is she looking for?

And as surprising as it may sound, she ended up asking for her love or 'sanam' as she prefers to call it.

The Twitter user, @Sassy_Soul_, wrote, “Hi @amazonIN, you call yourself the biggest e-commerce website in the world, but even after browsing for hours, I can't find what I need”, to which Amazon India replied, “We're actively working towards understanding the needs of our customers and plan to expand our listings. Could you let us know the product that you're looking for on our website?”

And as surprising as it may sound, she ended up asking for her love or we can say Sanam. “Bas ek sanam chahiye aashiqui ke liye..,” she wrote.

While you would expect Amazon India would have ignored such a silly request, let us tell you, the e-commerce giant indeed replied and meanwhile, set a new benchmark for customer satisfaction. Hold your horses, the folks at Amazon India didn’t go and find a suitable ‘Sanam’ for the Twitter user, but what it wrote in the reply will definitely make your day.

“Yeh akkha India jaanta hai, hum tumpe marta hai, Dil kya cheez hai janam apni jaan tere naam karta hai,” Amazon India replied with an ever sarrier post.
